Job Description :
- Manage a robust database to support management decisions, enhance quality and ensure timely delivery.
- Generate monthly Commercial Excellence dashboards for all Business Units to analyze Territory performance, Area Business Manager performance and Brand performance.
- Highlight performance of Headquarters through PCPM (Per Capita Per month) and achievements.
- Develop tailored Sales force Excellence dashboard to monitor Call Compliance, Doctor Coverage, Call Average, Belief status of Health Care Professional and CRM activities for Brands/Business Units through Veeva and Phyzii.
- Developing a Robust Sales Incentive Plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain standard sales to expense ratio and Fixed to Variable Ratio.
- Performance mapping of field force for internal promotions through achievements and Bayer competency recording.
- Creating tools for successful customization and implementation of Global training initiatives such as Patient Focus Interaction/Closing Excellence and First Line Sales Manager development.
- Work in the field with SalesForce for identification of needs and research on the analysis of field related tools.
- Analyzing and developing dashboards/presentations to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and follow up initiatives (STEM Lite Project).
- Training Field Force (Managers) on Analysis and generation of different Dashboards in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Post Graduate in Sales or Marketing (MBA in Pharmaceutical Management or Business Management).
- Minimum 4-5 years of Experience in Market Research or Sales Force Effectiveness.
- Cross functional environmental working experience preferred.
- Good Inter-personal skills.
- Good command on analytical tools e.g. MS office.
- Experience on CRM systems preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English plus command of the local language.
- Business Insight: Applies Knowledge of Business and market place to advance the organizational goals.
- Explores future possibilities and translates them into breakthrough strategies.
- Prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
- Able to foster a relationship with stakeholders.
