- Take care of Booking and Billing as per plans

- Support Sales and Project Teams for finalising contracts with clients and suppliers

- Review of cost sheet, planned cost & planned revenue. Review of Cost Variance Report and identify the reasons for variance.

- Tracking of AMC billing to customer.

- Provide timely and accurate MIS related to Booking, Billing, Collections

- Manage cash flow and working capital

- Review of purchase orders terms and conditions, BG / LC documentation etc.

- Ensure smooth co-ordination with EXIM and Logistics team.

Performance parameters:

- Ensure billing and collection as per the plan.

- Cash flow management and Working Capital (CE) turn improvement.
