You will be working in a team environment with commercial due diligence professionals on variety of projects across service sectors.

Your key responsibilities :

You will be a vital member of the team managing and executing commercial diligence project work, drive growth and engagement delivery across the breadth of advisory activities including, strategy for new businesses, new market entry, business plan validation and feasibility studies, commercial due diligence, business reviews, supply-demand modeling, cost benchmarking studies. You must keep track of market trends, M&A intelligence and competition in the sector.

Skills and attributes required :

- Handling commercial due diligence engagements.

- Building of robust demand-supply forecasting models

- Conduct primary research, focus group discussions and use data analytic tools

- Ability to conduct Value chain, competitive environment, sales and distribution network and benchmarking analysis (cost, product, SCM, etc.)

- Deep industry understanding of key industry drivers - including player positioning and strategy

- Ability to evaluate the trends, developments, key events that can have an impact on the industry

- Understanding of operations, governance, reporting, periodically published database, etc.

- Develop Go-To-Market, growth and sales acceleration strategies and implementation plan

- Product/Technology economic, margin and benchmarking analysis

- Prepare report and presentations with high class infographics

- Strategic and creative thinking and prepare point of view documents / industry reports / sector opinions etc.

- Use automation/IT tools for collecting and analysing data.

You must have :

- Full time MBA from premier business school

- The individual must have an exposure to two or more sub verticals within Manufacturing, Consumer, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals and Healthcare, etc.

- 6-8 years of Commercial Due Diligence experience into the at least two sectors from manufacturing industry only

- Prior work experience with a top consulting organization will be preferred

- Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

- Must be willing and able to travel
