Manager - Collections

- Manage Tele Collection agencies for South.

- Recommend collection policies and strategies that will result in reducing delinquency rates and losses.

- Imparting training to the agency Supervisors and Tele-callers on product and process.

- Ensuring Tele-calling infrastructure is in place at the empaneled agencies.

- Analyze the Tele-calling Parameters and ensure the manpower is getting used in best possible way

- Assign Daily Collection Targets to tele-calling agencies and plan to enhance their output

- Need to manage output of tele-calling agencies and drive them towards achieving assigned collection targets.

- Calculating required ACR and ensuring required manpower is in place

- Formulate and periodic review of Allocation Strategy considering lesser flow to higher buckets

- Will be responsible for controlling tele collection cost without negatively impacting collections performance

- Ensure appropriate systems and infrastructure of tele-calling agencies are in place
