Leading Housing Finance Co is looking for Manager Collection MIS &amp; Analytics. The role will be responsible for all the back office processes of collections. The resource will manage the collection allocation at various levels and across buckets; design of Management Information system to give visibility of performance and forecasting; work on collection systems to generate reports, data and measure productivity. Apart from this also manage the vendor eco system for collections, billing and field team incentives management and aiding them in all their queries. Managing Communication vendors and Executing Communication design across all mediums to be a crucial part of the role as well. Roles and responsibilities: - Creation of score card for Mid buckets to segment the approach and use the right channels - Forecasting of performance based on trends to assess the probable delinquencies and credit loss - Allocation of cases to various channels of branch, collection executives and collection agency - Using the communication channels for SMS, E-Mail and Voice BOT to allocate/upload cases - Daily MIS/Monthly to give visibility of performance across buckets and various allocation channels - Off-role resource planning and budgeting - Cost analysis across various channels and vendors to identify areas of cost optimization and budgeting - Vendor empanelment and support - Onboarding off-roll resources and helping in setting them up in the system - Incentive and Payout management - UAT and maintenance of collection system and collection app - Audit &amp; compliance to ensure best in class processes and adherence to all norms in collections - Manage the complete legal back office process right from sending notice, POD tracking, case filing and litigation support - Act as a support unit for the field collections team helping them in settlements, closures and all operational related queries - Multiple ad hoc reports as and when required by various functions Role Requirements: - 7 or more years of experience with hands on experience in managing central role in collections - Excellent analytical Skills, good knowledge of Excel and other MS office applications - Project management capabilities - Preferred experience in Mortgage collections - High on speed, agility and execution - Adequate awareness on legal aspects of recovery related notices, SARFAESI process and Sec. 138
