Role :
- The position will be responsible for Conceptualizing, Developing and Implementing Clinical Marketing strategies and programs for India.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate Clinical Marketing initiatives at the highest level of management and coach, guide and monitor its successful implementation
- This will be achieved through the medical systems product education initiative across the country by developing training material, imparting training to the associates, data management and usage for promotion and developing product / brand promotion literature.
- Conducting seminars and in-service programs for key accounts etc.
- Ensure that the Clinical Marketing needs of the Indiaare well understood and supported
- Developing, designing and imparting tailor made technical training / program material for the medical system business to internal associates.
- Own and drive the clinical education programs with clear defined outcomes - i.e. Market Conversion Programs, New products introduction, increased penetration, competitive conversions, Instrument Company Liaison / Co-marketing.
- Planning and executing target customer-wise education programs in line with agreed strategy, in the specified geographical area.
- To ensure that enough demand-pull is created for Medical System business products through the above activity.
- Establishing and maintaining contact with key opinion leaders / Institutions through direct contact programs.
- Conduct External Educational and awareness Programs to build long term sustainable customer loyalty and Business Growth KOL
- Generate, maintain and utilize customer database for promotional use
