Role Purpose:
Client Servicing Manager is responsible to support content and business development team in servicing accounts. They play a critical role in satisfying clients and thus bringing repeat business. They are the primary point of contact for the company's clients and need to have good communications skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- All aspects of client servicing including on-boarding of clients, regular follow up to understand their query and issues.
- Act as an Account Manager and reach out to the client 3 months in advance before the renewal
- Seek, process and execute client requests and product orders
- Answer queries regarding product/ services, processes and resolve them. Redirect the queries to the content or business development team for critical queries.
- Assist clients to use the products and services and keep them updated about new features launched
- Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service usage etc.
Professional Experience:
Should possess :
- Significant work experience in similar industry and knowledge of customer workflow
- Proven account management experience managing large accounts
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management throughout all levels in theorganisation

- Enterprise Thinking - Highly adept at observing customer's enterprise-wise strategic challenges and customize solutions to address those through Mosaic Digital Offerings
- Business Acumen - Understand marketing, financial and operations drivers behind customer decisions and address these when preparing account plans and customer solutions
- Value Creation - Should be able to demonstrate unique value proposition of offerings and make a business case for value differentiation from competitor offerings.
