Client Servicing manager Location:- Bangalore(HRBR Layout)
Experience :- 1-3 Years
- Requirements - A good understanding of working with Technology brands.
- Demonstrable commercial experience with experience growing revenues and effectively managing budgets for all brand campaigns.
- Strong experience in participating in new business pitches. Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Experience in working professionally with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Marketing Automation tools.
- Responsibilities Act as the point of contact for clients for marketing requirements.
- Suggest, design, and implement marketing projects to increase customer ROI. Build strong, long-term client relationships to upsell and cross-sell other services. Manage campaigns and projects spanning creative, digital, direct and monitor campaigns to ensure results and optimization.
- Work with cross-functional teams like digital specialists, direct marketing executives, content writers, designers etc to meet client campaign objectives. Manage and ensure timely project financial closures in coordination with the delivery and finance teams
