We are looking for Manager (Loyalty Marketing & Strategy for Andheri ( E) Office of the client

JD :

Client- Marketing MNC

Position : Manager - Client services( Loyalty Mktg & strategy)

- 5 Days week (corporate day shift)

Job Summary :

- To work with designated clients on their loyalty/engagement strategy and action plans

Will involve :

- Business Understanding

- Market and Competition understanding

- Target Audience understanding data and research and insights thereof

- Objective setting

- Defining the loyalty/engagement strategy

- Arriving at a well-defined value proposition and program structure

- Detailing the action plan with key milestones

- Financial and commercial modelling

- Defining KPIs and measurement methodologies

- Tracking effectiveness and evaluating performance against KPIs at campaign and overall strategy levels

- Regular monitoring and review of activity plans

Qualifications :

- Business/Management degree from a Good Management business school

- 2-5 years of experience preferably in a client-facing role in an agency/consult or in a client organisation

- Experience in loyalty/customer engagement/CRM will be preferred

- Ensure that project objectives are met by monitoring and measuring progress and taking corrective actions when necessary.

- Analyze and values add to existing projects being executed

Data analysis & Interpretation :

- Coordinate project execution with operations & internal teams.

- Maintaining the clients database. Sharing the weekly

- MIS & database with the Client & Internal team.

- Preparing and supervising the production of soft and hard POPs

- Maintaining and updating reports on the excel sheets

- Preparing final reports and submitting to the clients

- Negotiating with the vendors on rates and ensuring the project is completed within the timelines shared with the client

- Coordinating with the creative department for allocating the creatives for the locations identified during the recce for branding

- Resolving any issues faced at the time of recce or deployment

- Making and submitting the closure report of the projects

Key Attributes Required :

- Strong perseverance

- Good working knowledge of MS office./ Excel
