Position Description:

- In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.

- If you also have a background in Client service and knowledge of our industry, we would like to meet you.

- Your goal will be to setup a process to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers.

- Safeguarding revenue would include a revenue gap analysis, tracking revenue data and following up with clients on outstanding revenue. This will also entail preparing metrics for management with regard to all the revenue details.

Job Responsibilities :

- Establishing, maintaining, and enhancing the relationship between the company and external clients.

- Advise clients of missing payments

- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms

- Collaborate with internal teams to address customers- needs

- Isolating problems and quickly identifying the solution

- Revenue gap analyzing

- Preparing metrics and client wise data on revenue

- Maintaining revenue and invoice information

- Client interaction with regard to outstanding revenue

Skills and Experience

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are a must-have.

- Good understanding of corporate structures is required

- Knowledge of markets and instruments is a plus, in addition to front to back investment banking processes

- Attention to detail and process oriented

- Investigative skills

- Proficient in Word and Excel

- Good prioritization, organizational and multi-tasking skills

- Self-motivated, desire to be challenged and eager to learn

Educational / Professional Qualifications

- Preferably degree holder or equal work experience
