Job Title : Manager - Client Servicing - Wealth/PMS/AIF

Location : Mumbai-Lower Parel

Job Type : Full-time

Experience Required : Minimum 5 Years

Job Summary :

- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Wealth Management Associate to join our dynamic team.


- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in wealth management, banking, or financial services.


- You will work closely with senior wealth managers to support client servicing, portfolio management, and ensure seamless execution of financial transactions for HNI and Ultra HNI clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Servicing & Relationship Management :

- Assist in managing a portfolio of HNI and Ultra HNI clients.

- Address and resolve client queries, requests, and complaints within the defined turnaround time (TAT).

- Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Transaction Execution & Monitoring :

- Oversee the execution of transactions related to mutual funds, portfolio management services (PMS), structured products, and other investment instruments.

- Ensure that all transactions are completed with accuracy and within TAT.

Client Onboarding :

- Facilitate the client onboarding process by ensuring all required documentation is complete and accounts are opened within the stipulated time.

- Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements during the onboarding process.

Process Compliance & Audit Support :

- Assist in the implementation and adherence to internal compliance and regulatory guidelines.

- Support internal and external audits by ensuring all processes are documented and executed as per standards.

Client Experience Initiatives :

- Participate in client engagement initiatives, including the development and distribution of personalized client communications and onboarding kits.

- Contribute to enhancing the client experience through process improvements and timely client interactions.

Support Digital Initiatives :

- Assist in the implementation of digital onboarding processes, including e-KYC and digital transaction platforms.

- Provide support during system migrations and process reengineering efforts.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Professional certifications such as NISM modules (Capital Market, Derivatives, AMFI, etc.) are preferred.

- Strong understanding of wealth management products, including mutual funds, PMS, AIF, and structured products.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software and digital platforms.
