Position: Client Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage the team of Relationship Executives in the city to ensure KPIs are met and all A+ & A category branches in the city

2. Liaise with broking head of IBL on a daily basis for branch activation

3. Build Relationship with Branch Managers/Zonal Heads/Regional Heads and every department in the branches

4. Help in Account Conversion by Relationship Executive team

5. Be the single point in any escalation related to support, service or tech issues

6. Train Relationship Executives regularly and set up training days to enable branch sales teams

7. Set up Broking days in branches for acquisition in liaison with Branch Managers

Candidate desired profile:

1. MBA preferred

2. Post MBA 3+ years of prior experience or 4+ years for graduates

3. Prior Sales or Account Management/Relationship Management in Banking Industry

4. Excellent spoken and written communication skills

5. Preferably from Banking Industry

6. Should have an understanding of how a Bank Branch operates

This will primarily be an account management and a coordination role and will have a few instances of face to face client meetings also. While we are an equal opportunity employer, female candidates will be preferred.
