Manager - Client Relationship

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Become the trusted advisor for our clients in NEOM, establishing yourself as the primary point of contact for all their O&M needs.

- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction through - exceptional service.

- Proactively identify new service opportunities within existing client accounts, fostering upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Project Coordination:

- Collaborate effectively with clients in NEOM to gather comprehensive project information and requirements.

- Serve as the bridge between clients and internal O&M teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless project execution.

- Oversee project progress, maintaining focus on timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.

Business Development:

- Leverage your existing client network in NEOM to identify and capitalize on potential business opportunities.

- Proactively reach out to new clients in the NEOM region, expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

- Act as the company's sales representative, confidently presenting O&M services and negotiating winning contracts with clients.

Leadership and Team Management:

- Provide strong leadership for a team of O&M professionals based in NEOM, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

- Effectively delegate tasks and manage resources, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery of exceptional client service.

- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve ambitious targets and consistently exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

- A smart and dynamic individual with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Proven experience in client relationship management and business development, preferably within the O&M sector.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and multiple project tasks simultaneously.
