Client manager or client relationship manager, helps a company streamline its business processes and build an engaging relationship with its customers. They focus on improving the HNI client experience to increase retention and loyalty.

3. JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Required Education Level: Graduate/PG with proven Fashion & Luxury and requisite experience can be considered.
Required Number of Years' Experience: 6 to 10 years in a similar role
- Required abilities, skills, and knowledge: Good Analytical skills, knowledge of retail, experience.
In Client Management - HNI, brand, and relationship management experience.
4. COMMUNICATION CHANNELS:
- Internal: With other departments.
- External: HNI Clients
5. Key Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators:
- Interact with HNI clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met
- Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Develop and oversee the implementation of client management protocols
- Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
- Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals
- Proven experience in a leadership role is required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of HNI customers
