Job Description :
As a Manager-Client Engagement, we'll look to you to manage following responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Servicing:
- Managing client engagement initiatives
- Successful Execution of SaaS based product and / or data analytics projects
- Preparing value added presentations using different sources of information and delivering them to clients on generic / specific client issues
- Training and development of client employees on SaaS platforms and dashboards
- Achieving high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and prompt resolution of issues
- Understand client's IT frameworks (SAP / other ERP solution used by them, IT policies etc.)
- Work with internal tech and product teams to design an integration solution for client
- Prepare a realistic timeline & project plan for various projects and get buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
- Providing support to the business development team in client pitch presentations
Product Development:
- Providing inputs in building newer tech products / business analytics platforms for the companies; includes improvement in features of the existing products
- Thinking of innovative products that can be built using PHARMARACK strengths in technology and network
A strong candidate will have or show:
- At least 2-4 years of experience in an IT Systems, SaaS products, Healthcare Consulting, Healthcare marketing, Strategy or BD, Selling Analytics solutions in marketing or client servicing
- Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with senior client team members and line of business representatives
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- A Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- MBA / PGDM or equivalent degree in IT Management will be preferred
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Understanding of SAP and integration frameworks will be an added advantage
