Job Description:
- Hirextra is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented US Client Acquisition Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base in the US staffing industry.
- This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong network and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to identify and target potential clients, including Direct Clients, IMPs, SIs, and Tier-1 Partners.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their staffing needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
Client Acquisition:
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Leverage existing relationships and network to identify and pursue new clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Recruitment:
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify and source qualified candidates for client requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of candidates to clients.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
