Responsibilities of this position:

- Manage and monitor performance of all field and support staff in a city. Define and/or execute all processes related to operations in the city

- Drive key operational KPIs, enable new processes as well as drive process changes through the team

- Deliver operational product suggestions to the central team

Skill Sets Required:

- Thorough understanding of operational data points, Analytical ability, ability to drive key operational metrics related to field and support teams- performance

- A hustler, someone who can drive change and processes aggressively

- High intensity execution, Ability to manage and understand a large volume of blue collar employees

Candidate should be able to effectively deliver product development suggestions and liaise with the central team in Bangalore for the same
