We are looking for a Manager - CIO Office for a big 4 based at Mumbai.  Purpose of Hire   1. Absence of concerted governance from a function perspective.   2. Consistency for deliverable, given multiplicity of projects and varied nature of delivery, is desired.   3. Process monitoring in an unbiased manner and fault rectification through data analysis and spot audits needs to be introduced.   4. Facilitate continuous periodic reviews across the function.   JD / KRA   1. Monitor all functions from a process point of view   2. Analyze and report performance metrics   3. Act as liaison and consolidator for all 3 sub-functions   4. Manage escalations to CIO Office   Desired Skills to look for:   1. Project Management - need to be able to track tasks   2. Exposure to ITIL/Six Sigma - Need to be able to establish strong governance that is also consistent with function goals   3. Demonstrated skills on data analysis - Need to be able to pull out data from disparate systems and perform analytical tasks related to SLA management   4. Good verbal and written skills - Will be responsible for newsletters / presentations / communication with other partners etc.   5. Presentable   6. Ability to multi task   7. Strong inter-personal skills - Ability to pursue and get the job completed.   8. Excellent skills on Excel and PowerPoint - prefer exposure to VBA.   9. Strong acumen towards Technology  10.
