Manager/Chief Of Staff - Strategy - Manufacturing Firm

We are hiring for a Manager Strategy for a leading Manufacturing firm - Top Manufacturer, Exporter, Supplier of Manhole Cover, Counterweights, Municipal, Telecom, Agricultural, Cast Iron etc

Responsibilities:

Taking care of all financial aspects, budgeting, Project Management etc

Preferred : Post graduation in Finance

- Lead and contribute to special projects as assigned by the CEO, taking ownership of planning, execution, and evaluation.

- Communication , Coordination, Task & Project Management.

- Assist the Director in formulating, refining, and executing business strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive trends, comparitive analysis and emerging industry developments.

- Ensuring the Customer Audit, Critical Quality Audits and SOP adherance on behalf of the CEO and updating the status with strategic inputs."
