C) Reports to: VP-CRM/Sales/Marketing.

D) Experience: 7-10 Years in Real Estate.

E) CTC: Negotiable.

F) Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA.

G) Job Overview.

The Manager Channel Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence through strategic partnerships with channel partners in the real estate sector.

This role involves managing relationships with brokers, real estate agencies, and other strategic partners to maximize sales performance and achieve business objectives.

H) Key Responsibilities.

a) Channel Strategy Development:.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy tailored to the real estate market.

- Identify, onboard, and cultivate relationships with new channel partners including real estate brokers and agencies.

b) Partner Relationship Management:.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners.

- Conduct regular meetings and site visits with partners to review performance, address issues, and discuss future opportunities.

- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to market and sell the company's real estate projects effectively.

c) Sales Management:.

- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to partners and internal teams.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e. g. , marketing, project management) to develop and execute channel sales initiatives.

- Responsible for selling Rowhouse, Apartments and Plots.

d) Market Analysis and Reporting:.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends within the real estate industry.

- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

- Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to counter them.

e) Operational Efficiency:.

- Manage channel partner contracts, agreements, and performance evaluations.

- Ensure all partner activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

- Go getter, Organised, should be able to manage end to end Real Estate sales from Client Acquisition to retention, timely collection and generate referrals.

I) Qualifications.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA is preferred.

- Proven work experience as a Channel Sales Manager, preferably within the real estate industry in managing 50+ CPs and delivering sales through Channel Partners.

- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner management in the real estate sector.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies specific to the real estate market.

- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and agencies.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and real estate market dynamics to make informed decisions.

- Leadership: Capable of leading and motivating a team to achieve sales goals.

- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions in a dynamic real estate market.

- Must be a sales champion in closing individual and group sales deals.

- Must be experienced in organizing CP Events single-handedly and deliver results.

Working Conditions:

- The role may require frequent travel to meet with channel partners and attend real estate events or site visits.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
