Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.

- Identify and recruit high-potential channel partners, including Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), National Distributors (NDs), Regional Distributors, Family Offices, and Broking/Wealth management firms.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial environment.

- Provide ongoing support to channel partners through training programs on product knowledge, business development skills, and regulatory compliance (NISM Series VA).

- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing) to ensure partners have the necessary resources and information to effectively promote our mutual fund offerings.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities in the equity, debt, and other asset classes.

- Possess a strong understanding of exchange and R&T platforms, with proficiency in relevant computing skills.

- Leverage your experience managing MFDs and other sales channels to optimize our overall channel sales strategy.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the financial services industry (NBFC or AMC background).

- Proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partnerships for financial products.

- In-depth knowledge of mutual funds, various asset classes, and the Indian financial market.

- Strong understanding of NISM regulations and a valid NISM Series VA certification.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships, motivate partners, and foster a collaborative environment.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software tools
