Job Description:
- Custodian of the SMB business in Volume Licensing for the partner set allocated
- Understanding and execution of the entire business cycle from modes of leads generation to nurturing to maturity and closure. Including loading of transactions with distributors
- Building monthly / quarterly business plans with partners and driving appropriate focus from partners
- Ensuring Year on year growth of partners with special focus on enablement of partners for building business practice especially on Cloud Technologies.
- Onboard new partners
- Activate Partners - Be able to help partners build capacity and frequency of execution
- Strong soft skills to be able to deliver periodical learning sessions
- Helping partner build a business plan around and hand holding through the execution for customer acquisition, portfolio growth and customer retention.
- Focus on meeting and beating Quarterly, Monthly and weekly goals with formidable plan to achieve the same.
- Point of contact to partners for techno-commercial and business aspects.
