Incumbent should be techno commercial professional who will be accountable and responsible for sales operations for Lab Consumables & Instrument. He/She will be responsible for collections in the assigned territory to achieve targeted sales volumes, value and net contributions by promotion and sales activity of Lab & Pharma Business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible to work with the sales heads to streamline the channel network for complete Lab business
2. Responsible to create the framework of working and ensure implementation.
3. Develop KPIs for evaluation and provide feedback along with the sales heads / managers on quarterly basis
4. Visit the top dealers on monthly / quarterly basis for business and capability development
5. Organise meetings / trainings for the top dealers time to time to ensure organizational strategies are communicated and implemented effectively in market place
6. Support Key Account Management team in terms of securing Secondary sales data for SOW increase in given accounts.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Post-graduation in science with MBA is preferable and Science Background in Graduation
Experience: 10 - 15 years of relevant industry experience
