1. Create and manage existing and new digital products in line with EPD India channel management. Track ROI and suggest improvements for the digital properties/assets.
2. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive user growth.
3. Track and monitor the performance of the product, define and report on KPIs, identify areas of improvement and own the success of the product.
4. Manage and research best practices and product capabilities, along with future product roadmap, and combine with customer wants/needs to drive strategy and implementation plan.
5. Create and own the product strategy and translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
6. Work closely with IT teams and vendors to deliver product enhancements, customizations and troubleshooting with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
