- 8Minutes is seeking a passionate Channel Marketing Manager to build India's first consumer clean energy brand. The Marketing team is looking for a candidate with experience in developing and leading sales and marketing growth strategies, customer acquisition efforts, and go-to-market planning.
Your Mission : To develop key channel partnerships to enable lead generation
Responsibilities :
- Identify new channels and partnerships
- Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders & adjacent market products which support lead generation
- Manage the entire marketing lifecycle: supporting the strategy, conceiving means and collaterals, design and working with cross-functional teams such as sales and Ad agencies for BTL activities and helping lead generation
- Partner with product, sales and Ad Agency to deliver marketing collaterals, campaigns and events as per road map and objectives and implement go-to-market strategy
- Be a part of core Marketing team and collaborate directly with Head Marketingon sales and marketing growth strategies
- Establish and own metrics for marketing activities
- Mange execution of marketing strategy through lead generation strategies, lead nurturing, awareness building
- Lead & build high performance teams in a fast paced startup culture
- Shaping energy consultants and influencers opinions and preference for 8Minutes products and services
- Educating new markets about solar and 8Minutes's technology and solutions
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of total work experience with Channel Development, with 2 years of experience leading teams
- Experience with human centered design, and Lean Startup methodologies
- Demonstrated understanding and experience developing solutions for top of the pyramid consumers in Tier I cities
- Experience conducting focus groups, usability studies, and market research to validate product requirements and design decisions
- Expertise across marketing functions, including content marketing, thought leadership, events, digital, and social media
- Highly analytical mindset and data-driven approach to marketing required
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
- High comfort level in fast paced, entrepreneurial, team environment
Salary Range: 8 - 14 LPA
