1. Facilitate creation of the channel marketing plan with the help of all stakeholders
2. Understand the need of the distributor and his marketing organization
3. Channel Marketing for Agency - Coordinating with Branch Managers, Area Managers, Regional Managers for Marketing Collateral & BTL Activations
4. TPD Channel - Coordinating with TPD Area Sales Manager, and Zonal Managers for Marketing Collateral & BTL and review in alignment with channel marketing strategy and guidelines.
5. Visiting TPD and Bank Branches to understand marketing requirements and channel partner's guidelines
6. Ensure maintenance of continuous benchmarking with competitive activities
7. Ensure benchmark status measurable quantitatively and qualitatively
8. Ensure that requirements are collated proactively and build the right agency/ vendor base for assessment
9. Ensure tie ups with agencies & vendors and align them with the organization's expectation and guidelines
10. Measure and improve on speed and quality of response regularly with all stakeholders
11.Raising requests for legal approval through the LCMP portal and incorporate change suggestions for timely approvals.
12. Filing creatives as per compliance guidelines
13. Providing duly signed bills to finance team
4. Checking that bills are correct, complete and GST compliant
5. Following up for processing and closure of payments
6. Coordinate with Provider Network team for activation initiatives supported by provider partners
7. Briefing, coordinating and delivering through the Creative Agency, printing vendors, BTL agencies and translation service providers.
8. Negotiating and processing the invoices and billing
