Key Responsibilities :

- Driving & Achieving targeted A/c opening through Branch channel, Cross sell, Process improvement and New Business Initiatives.

- Improve sourcing quality, drive higher initial funding & promote higher product variants

- Identifying, design & Implement Projects and enablers to improve activation/productivity of branch sourcing staff and improve customer experience

- Initiate campaigns for enabling the branch staff on NRI sourcing

- Regular monitoring of the channel performance to ensure timely interventions. Provide channel training & channel support.

Educational Qualification :

- MBA from reputed institute with 1-4 Years of Product / Sales experience

- Excellent communications skills.

- Ability to assume independent responsibility
