Job Opportunity for Multi Channel Engagement Manager role with leading MNC for Bangalore location

Responsibilities :

- In the role of Multi-Channel Engagement Manager, you will drive multi-channel strategy development, implementation and enhance customer engagement.

- You will be responsible to foster customer interactions through customer engagement models, lead piloting and execution of the multichannel projects & platforms.

- You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams from marketing, medical, sales, commercial IT and other functions to ensure an applicable content development to support business processes.


- You will collaborate also with specialized agencies to create solutions and projects delivering an outstanding customer and patient experiences and enhancing customer engagement.

In addition to that, you will ensure the success of the MCE journey through :

- Design, develop, implement and track of best-in-class customer engagement processes, tools, and stakeholder deliverables to support the Business units in the achievement of its business objectives and long-range goals.

- Develop, communicate and monitor the KPIs of multichannel activities, present to management and team, provide advice and ideas on possible actions.

- Keep own and team knowledge of the digital marketing tools up to date to manage digital activities in the best possible way.

- Develop and keep reporting on the methods, tools, results and best practices in the complex of digital activities.
