Designation : Channel Development Manager
Experience : Fresher-3 Years
Education : MBA from Tier 1 Institute
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of channel sales goals and profitability.
- To prepare action plans individually for effective search of sales leads, prospects and plan conversion rates.
- On field and off filed training of executives.
- To provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance of the team.
- Planning effective coverage of new to company customers and existing portfolio.
- Maintaining daily MIS.
- To confer with Insurance Company to aid in resolving insurance application issues.
- To handle customer complaints and to take appropriate action to resolve them within defined TATs.
- Keep track of customers in need of renewal of insurance cover and adopt appropriate process to service the same.
- To update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities & by maintaining personal networks.
