Responsibilities:

- Oversee Centralized Stamping Management across Pan India, ensuring adherence to timelines for stamping within TAT (Turnaround Time).

- Coordinate timely working advance requirements and release funds to vendors for stamping procurement.

- Receive, store, and manage physical stamp papers centrally from vendors.

- Perform monthly reconciliation of centralized stamping records and provide data to the Finance Team.

- Ensure files are received at the head office within 30 days from the disbursement date.

- Conduct hind sighting of all received RTO documents within TAT and communicate discrepancy MIS to the field for collection of repaired documents from the sales team.

- Ensure all received file documents are stored appropriately with the vendor.

- Regularly review the entire process and identify automation possibilities.

- Prepare and present monthly reports to Senior Management.

- Resolve Customer ICRM (Integrated Customer Relationship Management) requests within TAT with a focus on maintaining 100% quality.

- Manage loan cancellation activities within TAT in compliance with RBI regulations.

- Collaborate with vendors to improve quality and TAT (Turnaround Time) standards.

- Explore opportunities for automation, including the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Documentation (UD), testing in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and confirming production deployment.

- Ensure timely review of process notes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Verify the authorization of customer demographic details and vehicle information according to standard checkpoints.

- Prepare monthly provisions and share them with the Finance Team for centralized operations.

- Process centralized operations vendor bills on a monthly basis.

- Timely provision of loan stationery to the Sales Team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a financial services environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, particularly in the financial sector.

- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.

- Experience with project management and stakeholder coordination.

- Familiarity with automation tools and methodologies.
