Manager - Central Sourcing Team - Financial Firm

We are looking out for Manager - Central Sourcing Team - Financial Firm for Hyderabad.

- The person should currently be handling a team of at least 6 people-

Job Responsibilities:

1. The person would be responsible to handle a team dedicated to provide back end support to front line recruitment.

2. Job profile includes Leverage the sourcing engine and increase the focus on driving pan GR Resourcing.

3. Work closely with the recruitment teams in ensuring seamless alignment between site recruitment.

4. Improve/ Enhance volume recruitment and also turn the professional services recruitment proposition into a more cost effective one through centralization and better utilization of channels.

5. Lead the Resourcing MI and Reporting, Resourcing projects and sourcing process improvements

6. Would be Responsible for IJB.

7. Will Take care of HR processes (Co-ordinating on payments, BGV, Onboarding)
