Central Operations & Process Excellence
About the role:
The Manager of Operations will lead and champion process improvement initiatives across the operations function, driving efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. This individual will work closely with field teams to identify, design, and implement optimized Operation processes. The individual will also lead Demand and Supply planning and will play a key role in the Central Business Delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement & Optimization: Evaluate current processes to identify areas of improvement and redesign processes to achieve increased efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Project Management: Manage process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the highest standards.
- Change Management: Champion and facilitate change in the organization, ensuring that new processes are adopted and adhered to
- Metrics & Analytics: Highly skilled in Analytics, Develop and monitor process metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness, and drive continuous improvements
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate updates, milestones, and changes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and buy-in
Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Tech/ BE with 3-5 years of experience in Operations Planning/Central Ops
- Preferably worked in E-Commerce, Fintech or Logistics organization in similar roles
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite, Excel and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
