Planning

- Contributing in strategic planning for supply chain, Production Planning, demand forecasting by business.

- Inventory planning for private label and leading brands across large & small furniture

- Maximise regional inventory Utilization (RU) by space planning and inventory placement near to customer demand

- Drive retail operational efficiency initiatives and work with stakeholders to reduce unwanted operational cost to business PnL

- Co-partner work with retail product to build further retail systems to automate/steamine operations

Operations :

- Monitoring adherence to monthly procurement plan and maximising fill rates for capacity utilization

- Implementing procurement policy to drive adherence and bring transparency with Vendors

- Weekly/Monthly reporting to key supply metrics and driving efficiencies

- Charter out and drive initiatives across operational efficiency. Ensure operational rigor and ruthless execution
