Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Category Marketing Manager - eCommerce to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our online FMCG product categories. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market trends, and will be able to leverage this expertise to drive online sales growth, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (eCommerce, Product, Creative) to ensure alignment and effective execution.
4. Manage and optimize marketing budget to achieve ROI goals.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (customers, partners, agencies).
6. Stay up-to-date with eCommerce industry trends and competitor activity.
7. Analyze and report on eCommerce marketing performance metrics.
8. Optimize product category pages, search, and navigation to improve customer experience.
9. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive sales and engagement.
10. Collaborate with social media team to drive traffic and sales.
Requirements:
1. 10-12 years of eCommerce marketing experience, preferably in a category management role.
2. Strong understanding of eCommerce marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market trends.
3. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
4. Proven track record of driving online sales growth, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
