Job Responsibilities:
AOP and Business Analysis:
- Partner in annual operational planning process and execution of the plan along with category team
- Work with category team in bottoms-up AOP roll-up and understand scheme leakage / plug the same
- Track the brand level GM% MoM and vs AOP and articulate the key driver to the leadership team.
- Decision making support such as pre and post launch of a category/product and track return on investment.
- Be a strategic business partner to the business team in opportunities and define intervention needed. Build scalable processes for performance management to support and enable business teams to deliver their business goals
- Partner with finance teams across the organization to drive optimal cross func. decisions.
Risk Management and Automation:
- Approve the contracts with new brand partners and be the voice for risk management
- Active participation in preparing, reviewing, and following up on the claim's receivable from various brands. Tracking growth initiatives & be custodian of finance processes while we grow at rapid pace
- Be the SPOC for Internal controls strengthening to reduce leakages and ideate areas of improving the retention margins.
- Create a roadmap for automation by liaison with IT team to improve the TAT around reporting.
