We have an urgent opening with our client based in Hyderabad.

Basic Qualifications :

- The Project Lead is project owner and is responsible for ensuring that SLAs, Metrics and Goals are achieved for the project.

- He/she partners with business and technology stakeholders to understand project requirements, prioritizes deliverables, tracks progress, manages team performance and publishes weekly updates to stakeholders.

- On-boards and establishes new processes and drives adoption in the team

- Maintains service levels defined for the project and ensures consistent quality of delivery.

- Relentlessly works to research, identify, evaluate, rationalize and propose quality improvement opportunities to improve the customer experience.

- Prepares and publishes weekly status reports to stakeholders.

- Prioritizes deliverables for the project team.

- Coordinates with the stakeholders and multiple teams spread across multiple locations to ensure that consistent quality and productivity is achieved for all locations.

- Identify and implement productivity improvement opportunities for the team.

Continually raises the bar on quality

- Bachelor degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business) 3 years of relevant working experience.

- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel with ability to create and use macros.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and logical reasoning skills.

- Passion for innovation, automation and operational excellence.

- General Day shift.

- Experience : People management - is mandatory.
