Requirement 1. Design & Implement Online Strategy (Riyad Capital (RC) online strategy) "Enrich the functionalities offered by the Front End platform that are not at par (currently) with best practices in the market.

Objectives:

- Reach full potential from this key distribution channel for brokerage business

- Support strategic ambition of Riyad Capital to position itself as #4 in KSA brokerage

- Asset Management: Maintain leadership in equity funds AUMs & a consistent performance

Requirement 2: Increase Penetration with RB Customers

- Enforce and monitor systematic cross selling within Riyad Capital, and maximize synergies with Riyad Bank by leveraging its retail customers base with Net Worth of below SAR 2M

Objectives:

- Grow brokerage and asset management revenues

- Improve penetration of Riyad Capital products within Riyad Bank customers

- Improve the number of Riyad Capital products per customer"

Requirement 3: Implement Riyad Capital (RC) IT strategy

- Implement a solution that will help comply with KYC requirements

- Meet regulatory requirements"

Requirement 4: Implement / Upgrade Asset Management Application project (AMAP)

- Enhance the functionalities of existing asset management platform

Objectives:

- Migrate AM customers to investment accounts

- Provide required information to take decisions on funds and portfolio performance

- Fix existing bugs in the version that is currently used
