Our client is an established Investment Bank and is looking for a senior candidate for their Equity Capital Markets (ECM) practice. The candidate will develop to act as the single point contact for all transaction processes in capital market transactions

Ideal candidate profile:

1. An Engineer+ MBA from a top B-school or a rank holding CA or Degree in Law

2. More than 3 years of post qualification experience in investment banking ECM practice

3. Strong understanding of securities and corporate laws is required

4. Past experience of managing different types of capital market transactions including knowledge of touch points at SEBI and stock exchanges
