Job description (SAN)

CP&SM facility lead will be responsible for Monitoring seat demand changes for existing & new projects;

Providing Inputs to Location lead on seat planning for existing & new projects/service Lines; Execution of facility releases in a phased manner in consultation with Location Lead;

Execution of mitigation strategies

Execution of inter business seat/IES exchanges

Execution of seat and IES allocations at a facility level

Providing support to Location Lead for planning movements to meet ramp up/consolidation/secured space

Coordination of movements; kickoff meet with different stake holders

Following up for RLI and map source to destination

Execution of movement and follow up & obtain post movement sign off

Updating Location Lead on movement status

Updating Movement tracker; Monitoring change in occupancy for the facility

Execution of quarterly port deactivation activity and update to Location

Lead on completion status

Execution of annual inventory check

Tracking and releasing onsite resource occupying a seat; tracking and monitoring bench mailer; Conducting floor check to ensure effective utilization of w/s's; Identifying w/s's used for serves/testing and regularize the same;

Ensuring facility level data accuracy and provide inputs for internal & external reports generation and answer queries raised by Location, Zonal & MIS leads;

Execution of census survey; Executing SL seats in ACP as per the seat planner;

Sequencing of SL seats;

Following up on request for Release from other Project;

Follow up on request for Release from other Project;

Follow up on request for Release from other Project;

Updating Project Contact details and request tools and systems Lead to provide access;

Provide inputs to Location Lead for HL seats for secured bay projects;

Resolve issues related to updating of enterprise id and email id updating in Abacus / cms; Coordinate with HR to get the resource details updated in Abacus /CMS;

Training/demo of ACP for Project/Service Line Contacts;

Provide support to Location Lead for contingency seat planning in case of BCP/DR situation; Provide support to Location Lead for the preparation of ad hoc reports.
