- As the Manager of Capability Development, you will play a critical role in shaping the leadership pipeline and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
- This position will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing leadership programs and learning initiatives aimed at nurturing high-potential employees and driving the company's growth mindset.
- You will also act as the first point of contact for learning-related matters, ensuring smooth operations and resolution of any escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Articulate the vision and value of learning and development programs to internal stakeholders.
- Design and develop leadership curricula tailored to high-potential employees.
- Facilitate leadership coaching and development for future leadership pipelines.
- Lead the design and execution of orientation programs to integrate external hires into the company's culture and processes.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and foster a growth mindset throughout the organization.
- Assist with the screening and selection process for internal job promotions.
- Execute and follow up on the Management Cadre Program to ensure successful implementation and outcomes.
- Present data on learning program progress, investment summaries, and the impact on business performance to key stakeholders.
- Act as the first point of contact for any learning-related escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
What Are We Looking For?
- Education: MBA in Human Resources (HR) or Organizational Development (OD) from a reputable institution.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in leadership development and talent management, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful programs.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of leadership development principles and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other MS Office tools.
- Proven ability to design and execute leadership development programs.
- Ability to present data and insights clearly and persuasively to leadership teams.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel across various delivery centers at the location and nationwide as required
