Hiring a Manager - Campus Recruitment

About the Role:

The role will focus on branding and campus strategy within India, working closely with business leaders to create a strong employer brand that resonates with current and prospective employees. The incumbent will implement the Talent Brand Story and deploy the employee value proposition, bringing employee and candidate experiences to life while fostering advocacy and talent ambassadors.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

- Lead employment branding efforts and implement the Talent Brand Story in India.

- Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies, positioning the company as an employer of choice across all sectors.

- Collaborate with Business, Corporate Communications, and Talent Acquisition Partners to develop recruitment marketing programs and campaigns.

- Deploy the Employee Value Proposition tailored to the Indian market.

- Manage content on various social media platforms and job portals to drive recruitment efforts.

- Enhance the company's online presence and identify new recruitment opportunities through social media.

- Cultivate an internal social ambassador network to boost employee pride.

- Build talent communities and network with external forums, universities, and associations.

- Develop early talent hiring strategies, including engagement with universities and internships.

- Forecast early talent hiring needs and identify channels to attract talent across campuses.

- Engage passive talent pools to support hiring needs and drive university relations.

- Report progress and ROI of recruitment marketing efforts, recommending strategic improvements.

Essential Requirements:

- Post-Graduation with 8-10 years of Employer Branding/Brand Marketing experience.

- Strong understanding of company and talent branding.

- Scientific and business acumen with expertise in talent pools.

- Experience in program management and developing communication plans.

- Experience in early talent management and working with campus ambassadors.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills.

- Passionate about workplace culture, diversity, and candidate experience.

- Ability to build global cross-functional collaborations.

- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
