Manager - Campus Recruitment - IT

Campus Recruitment:

- Work with various business leads and recruitment leads to forecast demand and identify campuses for full time, summer interns and ad-hoc demands

- Build strategy and plan for recruitment, engagement and RM related initiatives

- Prepare annual recruitment and engagement calendar and plan financial budgets for the year working with internal stakeholders and finance and seek sign off from respective leads.

- Manage Campus relationship by engaging with campus sponsors, institutes coordinators and other internal stake holders to plan and leverage optimum sourcing strategy.

- Partner with internal and external stake holders and clients to build strategy for campuses.

- Manage panel, interviewers, and logistics for recruitment, marketing and engagement events.

- Gathering market intelligence and competitors hiring strategy.

Experience: 10 - 16 years
