This role will be responsible for developing and executing key talent attraction strategies and engagement initiatives across target schools
- Leverage functional expertise, industry knowledge and track trends to attract top talent across campuses and off-campus
- Effectively liaise with all stakeholders to drive events on and off-campus
- Adapt to the dynamic on-campus environment and find creative solutions to unforeseen challenges
- Maintaining strong connect with campuses and campus SPOCs.
- Ensure accurate tracking and regular updates to business & HR Leadership
- Track progress through the season and re-strategize recruiting plans as required
- Manage multiple stakeholders and work closely with the business.
- Ensures seamless on-boarding process of all hires
Skills Required:
Must have done campus hiring across Tier1/Tier 2 Business schools.
