Manager - Campus Hiring

- Should be able to develop and implement the campus recruiting Strategies.

- Assist to drive key activities that will enable the team to meet the overall organizational goals and objectives.

- Serve as project manager for determined key initiative(s) each year.

- Oversee campus recruiting activities to ensure campus recruiting team strives to improve our image by having effective communications and follow established recruiting practices. Participate and support on-site interviewing and other campus events as needed.

- Assist recruiters with establishing relationships with placement office directors, corporate relations directors.

- Identify key faculty and share with internal practice leaders to initiate and develop relationships where none exist today.
