- Creating and implementing talent strategy aligned to business

- Effectively engage with campuses and introduce engagement programs for campus cadre

- Responsible for effectively handling campus initiatives and hiring across all formats in Retail

- Responsible for creating framework and effective execution of cadre building programs

- Collaborate with L&D for effective roll out of onboarding and orientation program

- Monitoring and reporting on key metrics on talent management and publishing dashboards.

- Collaborate with the business team for the execution of key strategies by anticipating talent management issues and solutions as appropriate.
