Qualification - MBA in HR from Premiere Institiure

Experience - 1-2 yrs

Role Dimensions:

The incumbent will be responsible to manage end to end recruitment processes, to hire from B- Schools

- Arranging campus pre-visit activities, campus advertisement, brand promotion, initiating campus related activities across the institute.

- Partner with and build relationships with campuses & placement officers.

- Enhance the company's visibility and promote Brand building activities to position them as the employer of the choice in the campus.

- Planning, budgeting, organizing & conducting campus drive.

- Arranging panelist for the campus interviews.

- Generation of Offer Letters recruited through Campus Recruitments.

- Conducting joining formalities and induction of new joiners.

Doing salary benchmarking across B- Schools for summer internship & Final Placements

The incumbent should be a self starter, result oriented and team player. He should be highly organized, self-motivated and able to work independently
