Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager to lead our call center sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct regular performance reviews, analyzing individual and team sales metrics.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts to senior management.
Team Leadership:
- Manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set performance targets, monitor individual and team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and goals.
Customer Acquisition:
- Lead the team in acquiring new customers and expanding the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize sales data and analytics to optimize processes and improve sales performance.
Training and Development:
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Budget Management:
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the sales department budget.
- Monitor expenses, ensuring they are within budgetary constraints while maximizing ROI.
Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure that all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a call center or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position with a six-days working schedule. 1 weekly rotational off.
- The Manager will be reporting to the Chief Business Officer
