Job responsibilities:
Key purpose of the job:
The incumbent would be responsible for assigned role in HRM which may include Recruitment, Generalist HR role, maintaining industrial harmony in the department and act as an interface between the management and employees, training & development etc.
1. Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy.
2. Providing Recruitment solutions to various departments in order to maintain the talent pipeline.
3. Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve the HR/IR policies and initiatives.
4. Conducts new employee orientations; monitors career path program, employee relations counselling, outplacement counselling, and exit interviewing; writes and places advertisements
5. Maintain a knowledge of progressive HR/IR practices and key trends
6. Redressal of grievances of employees
7. Compliance to various plans
8. Monitors company policies to ensure compliance with government legislations impacting HR/ IR

Education: MBA/PGDBM (Full time two years)
