Description:
- Lead end-to-end business transformation projects, from initial diagnosis and process analysis to strategy formulation, execution, and post-implementation assessment.
- Work closely with senior leadership to define the business transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
- Utilize your deep understanding of the BFSI sector to provide insights into industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that can drive transformative change.
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Business Transformation, Operations Excellence, or related roles within Financial Services sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering high impact business transformation projects, with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Professional certifications in areas such as Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or Business Analysis are advantageous.
