Purpose of the job:
Responsible for all day-to-day activities supporting improvement of organizational effectiveness by working with extended teams & functions to develop & implement: processes, tools, methods, practices, trainings, controls and performance indicators across the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Activities:
1. Responsible for coordinating activities that support recognizing areas for improvement within the organization through need identification techniques. Responsible for data analysis and process map creation for relatively less complex implementations. For larger & complex implementations, play a support role to line management for process development and implementation exercises.
2. Responsible for deep data dives and extremely fine analysis of the various data points collected as part of the need identification phase. Organize and present data to line management for appropriate guidance subsequent to overall process mapping.
Responsible for rigorous periodic reviews of various individual, functional, business unit and group metrics and indicators for success.
Through but not limited to - key productivity indicators, result areas, heath meter, performance goals etc. Report results to line management and support the decision-making process.
4. Responsible for supporting the development of post-implementation training packs, handholding sessions, workshops and other means & measures
s. to ensure effectivity implementation and sustainability of the presence of people to enter the development and implementation of processes, such as HR, IT, Finance, Group Management etc.
6. Responsible for all individual and specific departmental productivity targets, financial objectives, KPis and attainment thereof.
TEAM LEADER / HANDS ON ABILITY / MICRO DETAILING is a must.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Masters (preferred) Professional Certifications
- Business Management, PMP, Six Sigma or other relevant (preferred)
Skills:
A proven track record and work experience in working in the business process and or Transformation department.
- Good understanding of industrial projects and processes. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Strong presentation, communication, planning & organizing skills. Strong IT skills.
Advanced Excel, Macros, & MS Power Query and MS Power BI, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio)
